Shamrocks

OK, I am Irish.  50% at least.  So I needed to do something to support my heritage.  I may switch this up during the week but I like the simplicity of this design.  More importantly, I LOVE the polish color.  This is from a retired colection called Aurora by Gelish.  This particular color is titled Oocha Coocha Bing Bang Bam, Alakazy, Alakazam.....Seriously!!  Like I could make that up.  I ordered it on Amazon along with a few others.  They are meant to be used as a top coat over a dark shade but with two coats, I like it the way it is.

The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't photograph well.  Or I can't photograph it well is probably the way to put it.  It looks really blue but actually it presents as a bright green with a blue tint to it.  I just love the sparkle.  Here is another picture in different lighting....

This one shows a tad more green.  Anyway, I just used a simple accent in the form of a small shamrock in Konad special white using BM03.  I like it.  Taking a fitness workshop this weekend for step.  My mind is swimming with a bunch of ideas on building a class.  I was thinking today during a break that I want to do a spinning inspired mani.  Just need to figure out how to freehand the logo and what else I could add to make it interesting.  Will have to think about it.  Hmmmm...

    1. Thanks. And thanks for the follow. I am very much a rookie and the pics and designs are simple so I figured I probably wouldn't have many but I was starting to wonder if anyone cared. I appreciate it.
