99 things

I couldn't resist.  after seeing this for the third time today....I had to give it a whirl.  I loved reading the ones that Kirsten from the Geeky Owl, Kaki from Glitter Obsession, and Ashesela from Art Evolve.

1. Started your own blog (that's pretty obvious)
2. Slept under the stars

3. Played in a band
4. Visited Hawaii (been to every island and took a helicopter ride over a volcano)
5. Watched a meteor shower
6. Given more than you can afford to charity (ummm...I am a social worker)

7. Been to Disneyland
8. Climbed a mountain
9. Held a praying mantis
10. Sang a solo (several at talent shows)
11. Bungee jumped
12. Visited Paris
13. Watched a lightening storm
14. Taught yourself an art from scratch
15. Adopted a child
16. Had food poisoning
17. Walked to the top of the Statue of Liberty (looked right out the crown)
18. Grown your own vegetables
19. Seen the Mona Lisa in France
20. Slept on an overnight train (in europe)
21. Had a pillow fight

23. Taken a sick day when you’re not ill (back in high school)
24. Built a snow fort (upstate NY-you betcha!!)
25. Held a lamb (Catskill game farm-fed it from a bottle)
26. Gone skinny dipping (high school dare)
27. Run a Marathon
28. Ridden in a gondola in Venice
29. Seen a total eclipse
30. Watched a sunrise or sunset

36. Taught yourself a new language (Spanish, still speak very poorly and can't read at all)

47. Had your portrait painted (in Lake george by a street vendor)

49. Seen the Sistine Chapel in person
50. Been to the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris
51. Gone scuba diving or snorkeling (I am certified in scuba)
52. Kissed in the rain
53. Played in the mud 
54. Gone to a drive-in theater

57. Started a business (I am a certiied personal trainer and do at home training)
58. Taken a martial arts class (in grade school-hated it, I have no discipline)

60. Served at a soup kitchen (worked in a homeless program....many times)
61. Sold Girl Scout Cookies (for my younger cousins at work)
62. Gone whale watching (many times and will be going again next week in Cape Cod)
63. Got flowers for no reason (yep, thanks to my significant other)
64. Donated blood, platelets or plasma (every 60 days at work)

68. Flown in a helicopter (many times, my former husband was a pilot)

72. Pieced a quilt  (made one from old shirts from high school)
73. Stood in Times Square (just did this last month)

75. Been fired from a job (biggest devestation of my life)

77. Broken a bone (only toes)
78. Been a passenger on a motorcycle (yes, but rarely-I prefer to ride my own)
79. Seen the Grand Canyon in person

82. Bought a brand new car (several and buying  a new one in a few weeks)
83. Walked in Jerusalem
84. Had your picture in the newspaper (usually in the right place at the right time)
85. Kissed a stranger at midnight on New Year’s Eve
86. Visited the White House ( DC)
87. Killed and prepared an animal for eating (fish count right?)
88. Had chickenpox
89. Saved someone’s life (I would like to think I saved the life of at least one mentally ill homeless person)
90. Sat on a jury (three times...that's right THREE.  Social workers are the perfect candidates because they think we are fair.  Two civil suits and one murder trial)
91. Met someone famous (Victoria jackson..from SNL.  I loved her)

92. Joined a book club (couldn't keep up with the reading)
93. Got a tattoo (on my 18th birthday-regret it)

96. Swam in the Great Salt Lake
97. Been involved in a law suit (multiple times at work)
98. Owned a cell phone (it's surgically attached to my hand)
